La Nativa aims to ensure that its customers receive only the highest quality service and merchandise. However, if for any you are NOT satisfied with the item(s) you have purchased, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to correct the problem.
Please read the following Return Policy to see if your item meets the criteria for an acceptable return.
RETURNS POLICY
DUE TO HYGIENE REASONS WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF PIERCED EARRINGS.
Authorized Return Period
UK customers: We will accept the return of any items within 10 days of the date of postage.
Europe, USA and Rest of the World: We will accept the return of any items within 15 days of the date of postage.
We cannot accept returns after this authorized return period. Please note that we cannot refund customers paid shipping charges
Returned Merchandise must be in original condition
We will NOT accept returns in other than ORIGINAL, UNUSED condition. ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN USED MAY NOT BE RETURNED. Items must be returned with their original accompanying documentation.
Damaged Merchandise
We take special care in packaging your item. However, if for any reason your parcel arrives to you damaged, please contact us IMMEDIATELY. We do not take responsibility for damaged merchandise by customer misuse. Returns will not be accepted for merchandise that has been damaged by customer misuse or negligence.
Exchanges
We will replace your item for the one you request which must be of the same value. However, if your desired item is out of stock we will allow you an item which cost up to 100% of the item you originally bought or one of the same value. There are no further P&P charges for items being exchanged.
Refunds
Refunds will be given via the same method of payment you sent.
Shipping Charges
Customers are responsible for paying the shipping charges to return the item(s).
Exchanged Merchandise
Previously exchanged merchandise cannot be returned for a second exchange.
Return Address
Once you have notified us of your desire to return your item, pack all items to be returned in an acceptable and safe way, to include all packaging. Enclose the original invoice and keep a copy of the receipt for your records. Please make sure that you pack the item

Lost or damaged packages
Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt to determine if you have received the proper quantity and quality of the merchandise ordered. DO NOT sign for a damaged package without a full inspection of its contents. Damaged or lost items claims must be filled with the carrier within 10 days of receipt of goods.
UK Customers: If you do not receive your order within 5 working days please contact us; your order may be lost in transit.
EU Customers: If you do not receive your order within 8 working days please contact us; your order may be lost in transit.
USA & Australian Customers: If you do not receive your order within 14 working days please contact us; your order may be lost in transit.
